Oriental Chicken Wings

Serving Size: 6-8

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon oil
24 chicken wings

Directions:

  1. Remove wing tips and cut wings in half at the joint.
  2. In a bowl, combine first six ingredients. Add chicken wings and stir to coat well.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Arrange chicken wings in pan. Bake at 325F degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake until brown or cooked through.
