Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cup cooked chicken
1 1/2 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup broken walnuts

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt.

  2. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnuts. It makes 5 1/2 cups.

  3. Serve on lettuce leaf.
