Jamaican Jerked Chicken

Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients:
3-1/2 pounds fresh chicken legs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
2 limes, juiced

Directions:

  1. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with jerk seasoning. Place the chicken in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°.
  3. Place the chicken pieces in a shallow roasting pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  4. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve hot.
