Italian Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Cooked spaghetti

    Directions:

    1. Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder together; coat chicken.
    2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over high heat. Add chicken breasts; sear on both sides.
    3. Top chicken with peppers and onions. Add sauce on top. Cover and simmer about 20-30 minutes.
    4. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
