Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings

Serving Size: 8-10

Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken wings, cut at the joints and tips removed
12 fl. ounces Louisiana pure crystal hot sauce
1-2 sticks butter
Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
  2. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
