Grilled Chicken with Rosemary

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:
1 (3-4 pounds) chicken, cut in half
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Place the chicken in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients. Toss together until all is coated. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
    2. Grill the chicken over medium low heat, about 25 minutes per side or until chicken is tender and juices run clear with pierced with a fork. Brush the chicken with the remaining marinade while grilling.
