6 chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Place chicken in shallow dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over both sides of chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill covered or broil about 10 minutes each side or until done, serve immediately.
