Ingredients:
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
4 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable oil to fry
Directions:
- Heat 1 inch salad oil to 370 degrees.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in bowl. Place bread crumbs in another bowl.
- Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken in flour mix, then egg mix, then bread crumbs.
- Fry a few pieces at a time about 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. Drain on paper towels.
