Fried Chicken Breast

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
4 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Vegetable oil to fry

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 inch salad oil to 370 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken into strips.
  3. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in bowl. Place bread crumbs in another bowl.
  4. Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken in flour mix, then egg mix, then bread crumbs.
  5. Fry a few pieces at a time about 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. Drain on paper towels.
