Ingredients:
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 soup can water
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 package frozen snow peas
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
Directions:
- In large saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, celery and ginger; saute until tender.
- Add chicken rice soup, water, cooked chicken, peas, water chestnuts and soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Serve with additional soy sauce.
