Ingredients:
18 chicken wings
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons five spice powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Combine garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, soy sauce, sherry and oil. Stir well.
- Add chicken wings to marinade and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Keep basting.
