Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
18 chicken wings
3 garlic cloves, minced
Ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons five spice powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, ginger, five-spice powder, soy sauce, white wine and oil. Stir well.

  2. Add chicken wings to marinade and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Keep basting.
