Chicken Yum Yum

Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 boneless and skinless chicken breasts halves
8 slices ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sherry cooking wine, (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of ham.

  2. Mix other ingredients together.

  3. Place chicken in baking dish and pour other ingredients over top.

  4. Bake in preheated oven at 325F degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
