Ingredients:
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sharp American cheese, shredded
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs, mixed with 2 teaspoons melted butter
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
- Simmer chicken until tender.
- Cook broccoli in salted water, drain. Arrange broccoli in greased casserole dish. Place halved chicken breasts on top of broccoli.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350F degrees for 25 minutes.
- Prepare rice or potatoes and serve with the chicken breasts.

Do I prepare the cream of chicken like the directions on the can or do I just mix it with the may and lemon juice without the additional water?
No additional water, just mix the cream of chicken soup with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
