Ingredients:
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions:
- Combine cooked chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, rice, celery and almonds. Place in 9 x 11 inch casserole.
- Mix crackers with melted margarine. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
