Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken
3/4 cup diced celery
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup seedless white grapes
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 cup light cream
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds and cooked egg.
- In a small bowl, mix cream and mayonnaise together with mustard, lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients.
