Baked Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cubed chicken
2 cups celery, sliced
1 (10 ounces) package frozen green peas
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons green pepper
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoons diced pimento
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated American cheese

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 10 servings and this can be frozen.
