Baked Chicken Salad

 

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 small onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/2 teaspoon pecan or almond, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups crushed potato chips

    Directions:

    1. Mix together all ingredients except potato chips. Top with crushed chips.
    2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly.
