Ingredients:
1 frying chicken (2-3 pounds), cut up
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and salt.
- In saucepan, melt butter; beat in mustard, Worcestershire and garlic.
- Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until golden and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork and there is no pink meat.
