Sounds delicious. I”ve never tried baking cheese in chicken.
This was a great recipe. I like mexican/spicy foods so I used pepper jack cheese and it came out pretty good.
I really want to try this…sounds yummy!
How exactly does one drizzle 1/4 teaspoon over butter over 8 chicken breasts? 1/32 of a teaspoon per breast?
Hi David,
It should be 4 teaspoons, that”s it, 1/2 teaspoon per chicken breast. But if you prefer you can also use 1 teaspoon per chicken breast.
I used the same recipe and added lemon it was a delicious twist to a great recipe! : )
I”m from the South- and we love our fat and calories… so I poured on the butter- totally ignored the ingredient list… and it was AMAZING! I don”t mind walking extra to keep of the weight. (A bit more wine is delicious as well!)
what can i use to sub for the wine??? I cant stand the taste of things cooked in wine.
You can try
- chicken stock,
- apple or white grape juice (mixed with some water so it”s not so sweet)
Is white cooking wine okay?
Elizabeth, you can use white cooking wine.
